Kayla Blackstock is a Research and Programs Assistant at PSA. A native of Brookhaven, Pennsylvania, she earned her B.A. from Juniata College in International Politics and Spanish. During her undergraduate studies, she interned at several organizations, including the Office of Senator Bob Casey (D-PA) and The Borgen Project. Kayla also spent part of her undergraduate studies abroad, including Winter of 2022 in Chiapas, Mexico and Fall of 2023 in Seville, Spain. This is Kayla's first job since moving to D.C., and she enjoys exploring the museums and reading in her free time.
